** We will put you on our special NOTIFY route and our certified testers will contact you PRIOR to coming by to do your test.

• Marty and his guys are all Certified Backflow Assembly Testers for Washington state.
• Folks test with us year after year. They find us easy and convenient to work with. We use a special software system to better serve you. We email you a notification each year asking if you would like to test with us again. We maintain a copy of your prior years’ test results in case they are ever needed.
IS YOUR BACKFLOW READY TO BE TESTED?
The water needs to be turned on to the backflow. (If your sprinklers are on for the season and operational your backflow's water is on too.) Also, the guys need to be able to access your backflow to test it. Shrubs need to be trimmed back and it needs to be dug out if it's been buried by dirt or debris.
BEFORE YOUR WATER IS TURNED ON FOR THE SEASON.
If your water is not turned on to your backflow yet, we can put you on a STANDBY route. Then, you email us AFTER your water has been turned on to let us know you are ready to test.
AFTER YOUR WATER HAS BEEN TURNED ON WE MOVE YOU TO A READY (OR NOTIFY) ROUTE:
READY ROUTE: If your backflow is readily accessible (not inside, no locked gates, etc) Marty (or one of his guys) will just come by and get your test done for you. You do not need to be at home. READY routes are worked based on several efficiencies and we won’t know specifically what day your test will be done.
NOTIFY ROUTE: If you have locked gates, dogs that are outside when you are NOT home, an inside unit, etc. Marty (or one of his guys) will contact you prior to coming out to do your test on a NOTIFY route.
AFTER WE'VE COMPLETED YOUR BACKFLOW TEST…
o The guys will place a tag on door so you will know we’ve been by. The door tag will let you know if your backflow did or didn’t pass or if it was not testable for some reason.
o We also place a tag on your backflow assembly with our contact information and the date of the test.
o We will electronically send your test result to your water district and also automatically email a copy of the test to you at the same time.
o We will also send you a copy of your invoice in a separate email. You can pay via a link in the email, mail us a check, or set up automatic payment in our online portal.
